LaserCheck™ is a hand-held, inexpensive laser power meter with an auto ranging and peak sample-and-hold features. It measures over a range from 0.5 µW-1 W with ±5% calibrated accuracy over the wavelength range from 400-1064 nm. Display: 3 digit and 180,000 measurement battery life.

It is specifically designed to provide power measurements in a small, light weight, self-contained package that can easily be stored in a pocket or tool kit. At higher powers the silicon sensor is protected from saturation with a built-in optical attenuator and all measurements are displayed on a clear LCD screen. LaserCheck™ is micro-processor controlled with wavelength correction, auto-ranging (µW or mW displayed), optical attenuator, power overload warning and automatic shutoff.

LaserCheck™ is ready to use. It is supplied complete with battery, integral pocket clip, storage case, CE certification and user instruction sheet. To initiate a measurement cycle press the Sample/Hold button to turn the LaserCheck™ on, center the beam on the sensor for >2 seconds and release the button to record a measurement of the power. Repeat the cycle to make another measurement or the LaserCheck™ will switch off automatically after 10 seconds.
